LAG OC-114ACE Classical Acoustic-Electric Guitar, Natural FinishLag
Lâg Guitars is a French manufacturer of acoustic and electric guitars, founded in 1981.
The Occitania OC-114ACE is a nylon string, acoustic-electric guitar in a comfortable auditorium format with Venetian cutaway and a satin finished neck that is joined at the 14th fret. It features a solid red cedar top with classical fan bracing, African sapele back and sides, and rosewood fingerboard with silver nickel frets.
Attractive design features include a contoured rosewood veneer headstock with maple logo inlay, contrasting wood binding, and an intricate Occitan cross rosette. Quality components include Graph Tech Tusq XL nut and saddle, Lag hi-precision diecast satin black classical machine heads, Savarez strings, NanoFlex under-saddle pickup, and Shadow preamp. The side-mounted preamp has a built-in tuner with LED display, 5 preset analogue EQ settings, bypass switch, volume, and bass/treble knob. Nanoflex under saddle pickup.
Condition: The guitar arrived from the factory with a slight cosmetic defect on the top left side of the guitar, (see close-up picture). The defect was masterfully corrected and simply looks like a natural blemish in the wood. Otherwise the guitar is in mint condition. The neck is straight and the action is conducive to playing any style of music. Guitar plays and sounds great with this set-up, but could easily be adjusted to the preference of any player. Electronics are in perfect working order.
