Fender Redondo Player California Series Acoustic-Electric Guitar, Jetty BlackFender
My name is Randy Lemaster . My wife and I own Nashvilleguitarstore.com. I’ve owned and played a lot of guitars over the past 55 years. That doesn’t make me an expert, but I do know what a quality guitar feels and sounds like. I do my best to buy quality guitars and sell them for a fair price. Buying a guitar on-line can be stressful, so please take a moment and read some of the NGS reviews and see what our customers have to say about our instruments and their buying experience. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about this listing, or any other question you might have.
Inspired by the California lifestyle—colorful, energetic and independent—Fender fused their electric guitar DNA with exceptional acoustic playability and tone to craft the California Series. Instruments as individual as the artists who play them, California Series guitars have unexpected, electric-inspired style that stands out. A bold, modern twist on traditional acoustic aesthetics, they’re eye-catchingly appealing and uniquely Fender.
The gloss metallic top, back and sides, as well as a matching painted 6-in-line headstock and crème binding, give it a shot of electrifying attitude. The same no-compromise attitude that gives the Redondo Player its uniquely killer vibe extends to every aspect of its construction. It features optimized bracing for reduced mass and superior resonance, a Graph Tech NuBone nut and saddle for greater sustain and a Fishman preamp system that makes it easy to plug in without sacrificing the guitar's natural sound. Its lightweight mahogany neck features a comfortable, easy-to-play, slim-taper "C"-shaped profile suitable for any playing style and its walnut fingerboard and bridge further augment its vibrant tone. With superb playability, distinctive looks and unmistakably Fender vibe, the Redondo Player is an inspiring instrument that was made for self-expression.
Condition: This is a manufacturer's refurbished guitar. It is not a used guitar, nor is it a 2nd. It is a new guitar that the manufacturer sold to a distributor and certified guitar technicians have thoroughly inspected and adjusted the instrument to it's current playing condition. Certified technicians masterfully repaired the bridge on this guitar as was the heal of this guitar, (where the neck meets the body of the guitar), and as the close-up pictures clearly show. The repairs are not noticeable, otherwise the guitar looks, plays and sounds great. At the directions of the manufacturer, the back of the headstock was stamped USED and the original serial number has been replaced with a new one. The guitar pictured in this listing is the guitar that will be shipped when purchased.

About our set-ups: We do our best to accurately describe the current set-up and playability of each guitar. However, due to temperature and humidity changes the guitar may experience while in transit, it's possible for the neck and body to slightly "adjust" along the way. After all, guitars are primarily wooden instruments that are highly susceptible to their environment. By the time you receive the guitar, un-box it and tune it up, you may find that it needs a slight adjustment to get it back to the set-up specs that we originally described in our listing. Please keep this in mind before purchasing.
